The Villa Régina is a residential hotel situated on the Aquitaine coast, on the edge of the Landes forest and not far from the Bordeaux vineyards in Arcachon

This is a small, lively, family-friendly seaside resort town which is open for business all year round. All the districts in the town have views over either the Arcachon Basin (famous for its oyster beds) or over the ocean and the Arguin Sandbank.

The holiday residence

The Villa Régina, situated near the famous Pilat Dune and Cap Ferret, is a large residence dating from the Second Empire which has been turned into apartments. It is surrounded by beautiful villas in the residential area of the winter town and is close to the Mauresque Park. The beaches, at a distance of 800 metres and the town centre at 400 metres are both freely accessible by public lift or electric bus.
The 66 apartments are made up of 20m² to 25m² studios and two-roomed apartments of approximately 30m² in size. All are equipped with television, telephone, fully fitted kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Sheets, bathroom linen and household linen are all provided.
A free Wi-Fi internet access point and PC internet connection point are available at reception.

Practical Information

The SNCF railway station at Arcachon, connected directly by high speed train to Paris, is less than 2 kilometres away.
Free open air car park.

Breakfast (served in the dining room at €7 per person) can be reserved on the premises.

During your business trips, you will be able to enjoy the open air swimming pool from June to September, the private gardens, French billiards and bowling.

In the evenings, relax on a trip around the Arcachon Basin on foot, by bicycle, car or boat and discover the unforgettable magic of the area.
